MASTRO project will be present at the 5th International Conference of Engineering Against Failure (ICEAF V) that will take place on June 20 – 22, 2018 in Chios island, Greece. The conference series aims to provide on a bi-annual basis a Forum to present relevant scientific and technological achievements and discuss with an audience of international experts.

Prof. Guadagno, from the University of Salerno is a member of the scientific committee and the chairperson of session 8 “Multifunctional Composites for Aeronautical Applications”. Please visit our oral presentations during the conference: Elisa Calabrese will talk about “microencapsulated self – healing composites” and Dr. Marialuigia Raimondo will talk about “covalent and non-covalent functionalization of carbon nanotubes: effect on thermal and mechanical properties of structural nanocomposites”.
